Shipping Policy:

All pallet shipments of laminate will be delivered by Common Carrier and require someone to be present at time of delivery. When the driver arrives, the bands on the pallet will be cut and he will hand you each box. You will be required to carry each 35 lb box individually as the driver hands it to you. Inside delivery (where the shipping company unloads for you and carries it inside) is available if you need it for a $200-$250 fee, depending on your location.

Freight Damage:

Free curbside delivery requires the customer to carry each 35 lb. box of laminate from the curbside delivery truck . Please count all items. If items are missing or damaged, it must be noted on the delivery receipt. We can download a copy of the delivery receipt to verify, then ship you replacements, if needed. Missing, damaged, or incorrect items not noted on delivery receipt cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Return Policy:

We accept returns of laminate flooring only (no pad or molding returns) if it is sent within 30 days of receipt and is in original packaging, in saleable condition. Returns must have written pre-authorization from Old Homestead Floors, Inc. and will be shipped at the customer's expense back to our warehouse for inspection. Upon arrival of the returned merchandise, credit will be issued less a 20% restocking fee and freight costs paid by Old Homestead Floors, Inc. (pro-rated for amount returned) on the original shipment.
